This maneuver uses a light impulse in the painful area, creating relaxation from decompressing the muscles and joints. 

Diversified technique: This maneuver is often correlated to bodily adjustments that create the ‘popping’ noises. This is performed by manual alterations that correct misaligned parts of the spine. This exercise has been used for over a hundred years. Throughout this time has evolved to be able to rectify many sporting injuries. 

Graston Technique: This technique works on the soft tissues in your body by massaging and applying pressure to the skin. This action relieves painful areas to become less restricted. Some of the benefits of this technique are shorter treatment time, quicker rehabilitation, almost no need for anti-inflammatory drugs, and treating chronic conditions

Ultrasound: Your chiropractor may choose to apply ultrasound to parts of your body. Similar to heating, this can help by increasing the healing process, improving blood flow, and reducing pains.
